En effet, malgr\u00e9 la collecte des d\u00e9chets domestiques par les services municipaux et leur d\u00e9p\u00f4t dans des d\u00e9charges officielles, on trouve encore des d\u00e9charges ill\u00e9gales dans l&rsquo;ensemble des pays africains. Cela pose de s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8mes sanitaires et environnementaux. Il est donc urgent d&rsquo;identifier en temps r\u00e9el ces d\u00e9charges ill\u00e9gales afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter leur apparition et leur prolif\u00e9ration. Ce suivi, cette g\u00e9olocalisation et cette caract\u00e9risation peuvent \u00e9galement donner une meilleure fa\u00e7on de traiter les d\u00e9charges ill\u00e9gales \u00e0 un co\u00fbt minimal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous utilisons un r\u00e9seau de neurones convolutifs (CNN) qui extrait les caract\u00e9ristiques des images ou des vid\u00e9os et permet la reconnaissance. Il est bien connu qu&rsquo;avec les CNN, on peut reconna\u00eetre des motifs dans un cadre sp\u00e9cifique, mais dans ce projet, nous voulons d\u00e9montrer la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un encodage indirect des poids des r\u00e9seaux neuronaux profonds compos\u00e9s de milliers de connexions. Cela permettra \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9seaux profonds faisant de la reconnaissance d&rsquo;image (comme celui qui d\u00e9tecte d\u00e9j\u00e0 les d\u00e9chets) d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer vers un hyper r\u00e9seau rassemblant diff\u00e9rents motifs et \u00e9tant \u00e9volutif avec la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer des motifs inconnus comme des constructions pr\u00e9caires ou inachev\u00e9es, des utilisations anarchiques ou ill\u00e9gales du sol, la croissance des cultures, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de plans de vol automatiques pour le drone en fonction de l&rsquo;objectif de surveillance (petites d\u00e9charges clandestines, constructions pr\u00e9caires ou inachev\u00e9es, utilisations anarchiques ou ill\u00e9gales des terres, croissance des cultures&#8230;) est un autre objectif de ce projet qui implique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent des partenaires du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal\/B\u00e9nin\/France et des \u00e9tudiants en doctorat\/ma\u00eetrise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Titre : Apprentissage profond pour la surveillance environnementale ; d\u00e9charges ill\u00e9gales Type de projet : Projet de recherche (4 ans) R\u00e9sum\u00e9 : Ce projet aborde la gestion de l&rsquo;environnement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de DeepLearning et d&rsquo;images de Drone ; plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la surveillance de petites d\u00e9charges clandestines.
