Pan-African multidisciplinary research excellence to address African challenges related to drinking water supply, environmental protection and biodiversity
The NET-WATER is a network of highly qualified institutions focused on the subjects related to water, its mobilization and various uses.
These 5 African Centers of Excellence (ACE) focuse are mobilized on teaching, research and training of African experts in the areas of Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Water Resources, Water Management, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Agriculture, Climate Change etc.
The NET-WATER aims to implement joint training and research programs; promote the relationships of the centers with the private sector and other development actors; strengthen the mobility of students, and faculty, Pool human, material and financial resources between centers, and share good practices and experiences between the ACEs.
