La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nourrir une population toujours croissante a rendu n\u00e9cessaire l&rsquo;adoption de strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;irrigation innovantes, telles que l&rsquo;irrigation au goutte-\u00e0-goutte. Cependant, les m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;irrigation conventionnelles ne parviennent souvent pas \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la dynamique spatiale et temporelle en temps r\u00e9el du sol, de la plante et de l&rsquo;environnement m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique, ce qui entra\u00eene une sur-irrigation ou une sous-irrigation et, par cons\u00e9quent, une r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau. Avec la quantit\u00e9 croissante de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les progr\u00e8s de la technologie des capteurs et les am\u00e9liorations de la puissance de calcul, il y a eu une tendance croissante \u00e0 maximiser les rendements des cultures par unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau consomm\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;agriculture irrigu\u00e9e. Dans cette th\u00e8se, une approche bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9e pour mod\u00e9liser la dynamique de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du sol en utilisant la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils d&rsquo;identification de syst\u00e8me dans MATLAB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mesures des capteurs concernant le mod\u00e8le agro-hydrologique du sol ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience en boucle ouverte men\u00e9e sur une culture de tomates(Solanum lycopersicum L.) dans un environnement de plein champ sous irrigation au goutte-\u00e0-goutte. Le mod\u00e8le de dynamique de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du sol a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour concevoir un contr\u00f4leur pr\u00e9dictif de mod\u00e8le pour une programmation intelligente de l&rsquo;irrigation. L&rsquo;algorithme de contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9dictif a \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9 \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie de contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;irrigation manuelle et en boucle ouverte afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau qui en r\u00e9sultent. Les r\u00e9sultats de la mod\u00e9lisation bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es indiquent qu&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le espace-\u00e9tat a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la dynamique de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du sol avec une meilleure pr\u00e9cision, avec un ajustement estim\u00e9 de 97,04 % et une erreur quadratique moyenne et une erreur de pr\u00e9diction finale de 1,74 x 10-7 et 1,75 x 10-7 respectivement par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres structures de mod\u00e8le. L&rsquo;algorithme de contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9dictif du mod\u00e8le a captur\u00e9 efficacement la dynamique de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du sol et a pr\u00e9dit avec pr\u00e9cision les besoins d&rsquo;irrigation futurs. L&rsquo;approche de la programmation de l&rsquo;irrigation bas\u00e9e sur le mod\u00e8le a permis d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser 29 % d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10,4 kg\/m3 par rapport aux strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;irrigation en boucle ouverte de 7,1 kg\/m3 et de 5,6 kg\/m3 et \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;irrigation bas\u00e9e sur la commande manuelle, respectivement.
