De plus, le WACCBIP et l&rsquo;ACEPHAP ont obtenu l&rsquo;approbation \u00e9thique de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. ACEGID, ITECH-MTV et GRAS ont fait une demande de consid\u00e9ration \u00e9thique et attendent l&rsquo;approbation pour commencer le projet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WACCBIP et ACEGID feront le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age. Le WACCBIP effectuera 900 NGS pour le Ghana et 400 chacun pour ITECH-MTV et GRAS, et environ 100 NGS de l&rsquo;ACEPHAP (principalement pour les contr\u00f4les de qualit\u00e9). L&rsquo;ACEGID s\u00e9quencera 400 \u00e9chantillons de ses sites et 300 \u00e9chantillons de l&rsquo;ACEPHAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le WACCBIP, en collaboration avec le Bureau de la recherche, de l&rsquo;innovation et du d\u00e9veloppement (ORID) de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 du Ghana, a lanc\u00e9 des contr\u00f4les de diligence raisonnable pour tous les partenaires en vue de la signature du protocole d&rsquo;accord (MOU). Un retour d&rsquo;information a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u de 2 centres.
