SIM Senegal 2023: Geosciences and the responsible exploitation of mineral resources: challenges and opportunities for economic and social development.

The research network of African Centers of Excellence RAMR2D Mining Activity and Sustainable Development will be taking part in the 7th edition of SIM Senegal, to be held at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD) in Dakar from October 03 to 05, 2023.  

This biannual event, organized by the Ministry of Mines and Geology of the Republic of Senegal, mobilizes some 900 participants from 30 countries, and more than 80 exhibition stands.

It brings together a wide range of players in the mining sector: mining services, exploration and production, associations, researchers, international and national governments, lawyers, consultants, transport, logistics, finance, banking and educational organizations.
