Work session with UST's Applied Molecular Biology Laboratory

The network delegation held a working session with the Laboratoire de Biologie Moléculaire Appliquée of the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Bamako, represented by its Director, Professor Ousmane KOITA. 

Multi-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary research in the context of mining was widely discussed by both entities. The contribution of the Applied Molecular Biology Laboratory to the survival of mines in Mali in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The working session ended with a tour of the laboratory facilities.
