Personal data request
The Data Protection Regulation reinforces the right to be forgotten RGPD.
The right to be forgotten is "the possibility offered to any person concerned by the processing of his or her personal data, to request its deletion and/or dereferencing if the controller is a search engine".
The RGPD provides that the right to be forgotten can be exercised in extremely broad cases. In the case of a website, we set up a contact form on which any user of a site can claim the export or deletion of their personal data.
