Scientific integrity is the set of values and rules that guarantee the honesty and rigor of scientific research. The concept is set against the backdrop of the reproducibility crisis and the fight against scientific fraud. This training course will enable participants to become familiar with the rules of ethics in the conduct of research, as well as in the writing and publication of scientific articles.
Objectives:
The aim of this training course is to raise awareness of the various issues associated with scientific integrity and to encourage a critical approach by providing the basic elements needed to understand and meet the requirements of scientific integrity.
- Issues of scientific integrity: quality and reproducibility in research.
- Honesty in research: transparency and objectivity.
- Misconducts in scientific research, their origins and prevention.
- Respect: for the human, cultural and ecological environment of research.
- Responsibility: the implications of publishing research.

8 hours of distance learning or face-to-face training.
