Wanida sequencing workshop

As part of the Molecular epidemiology of sars-cov-2 project in West African countries, the WANIDA network is organizing a sequencing workshop at the University of Ghana's West African Center for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens(WACCBIP), the WANIDA network's coordinating center.
Its aim will be to study the genetic determinants of virulence and/or pathogenicity of the virus in the host.
This workshop will see the participation of all WANIDA network members, with over 2,000 samples to be sequenced.
